← ResourcesSharing an assessment safely
What to share, what to keep private, and how to revoke a link.
Updated 10/14/2026
Sharing a result can be useful, but only share what you're comfortable with.
What a share link shows
A share link shows a summary: the score, the date, and how much of the work had evidence behind it. For career assessments it shows the role and overall band, never your task names or answers.
Links expire
Share links last 30 days by default, and up to 90 days if you choose. After that they stop working on their own.
You can turn a link off
You can switch off any share link at any time from your report. Anyone who opens it afterwards sees a message saying the link isn't available.
Sharing with a team
If you're on a team, sharing your assessment with the team is always your choice, and you can stop sharing whenever you like.
A good habit
Before sharing, ask yourself who might see the link if it's forwarded on. If in doubt, share for a shorter time.
