Terms of service

The terms that govern use of AI Panic Room.

Last updated 15 October 2026. AI Panic Room is operated by Grant Robertson, an individual based in the Dominican Republic. Contact: Grant@aipanicroom.com.

Your agreement. You are contracting with Grant Robertson, trading as AI Panic Room, not a separate registered company. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable use policy linked in the Policies menu. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age to enter a contract and have authority to act for any organisation you represent.

The service. AI Panic Room provides evidence-based website audits, task-based AI career assessments and related reports, guides and monitoring. Reports describe the evidence we could observe and the inputs you confirm; missing checks remain unknown. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them. They are not legal, financial, investment, employment or other regulated professional advice, and we do not guarantee rankings, revenue, time savings, job security or any other outcome.

Your account and inputs. Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate account information, and submit only information and website content you have the right to use. You are responsible for your prompts, submissions and use of outputs. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information unless you are authorised to do so and it is necessary for your assessment.

Acceptable use. Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, harassment, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, infringement of intellectual property, or generation of illegal content or malware. Do not interfere with security, probe or attack systems, scrape the service without authorisation, bypass access or usage limits, or attempt to jailbreak AI safeguards. Public website checks are not permission to conduct intrusive security testing. The Acceptable use policy forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property. Grant Robertson retains ownership of the service, including its software, documentation, branding and original materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and delivered materials within your purchased plan. You retain rights to your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law and third-party rights, may use your generated reports and outputs. We claim no ownership of your submitted content; you grant us permission to host and process it solely to provide the service. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. Do not resell the service, redistribute proprietary guides, reverse engineer it or infringe third-party rights. Rights holders can request a takedown at Grant@aipanicroom.com; repeated infringement may lead to suspension or termination.

Availability and moderation. The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free performance or that external providers will always be available. We may maintain or change the service, remove or restrict content, refuse or filter AI outputs, and investigate misuse. These provisions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Payments and subscriptions. Prices, included allowances and whether a purchase is one-off or recurring are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew at the billing frequency and price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel from Billing to prevent the next renewal; access normally continues to the end of the paid cycle. Deleting your account cancels plans immediately and ends account access. Cancellation or deletion does not remove your right to request a refund under our Refund policy. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Our Refund policy is linked in the Policies menu.

Sponsorships. Businesses can buy a sponsorship that shows their logo, company name and short tagline on the sponsor banner across our customer pages, linked to a sponsor page they create. Sponsors must own or be authorised to use everything they submit, and their page must be accurate and lawful: no misleading claims, illegal products, adult, hateful or harmful content, malware or impersonation. Every sponsor page and every later change is reviewed before it goes live; we may decline a paid page, in which case the plan is stopped and the payment refunded in full. Sponsorships renew automatically at the length chosen (1 week, 1 month, 3, 6 or 12 months) until renewal is cancelled, and stay up until the paid time ends. We may pause or remove a sponsor that breaks these terms; where we remove one without a breach, we refund the current period. Sponsored content is labelled as such and is not an endorsement by AI Panic Room. Click and view numbers are counts only and not a promise of results.

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You can also contact Grant@aipanicroom.com for help with the product or a refund request.

Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations, including infringement. Where practical and safe, we will explain the reason and allow you to address it. You may stop using the service, cancel a subscription or delete your account. The Privacy policy explains retained results and how to request complete erasure; termination does not override applicable refund rights.

Governing law and contact. These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. For questions, complaints, rights-holder notices or disputes, contact Grant Robertson at Grant@aipanicroom.com.
